Swing to your left just a little bit more, and this is what you see - if the fog is rolling in!  I still had a "window" of opportunity to shoot a picture of the Mount Mitchell Golf Course in the valley below, 3600' below this point.  The Balsam Nature Trail loops through the woods in the foreground.
