The junction of Cedar Rock Creek and Grogan Creek.  At this point, the streams are very tranquil and clear.  Just downstream the larger stream plunges over a nice waterfall as it drops out of the flat area around Picklesimer Fields to reach the Fish Hatchery's elevation.
